Konstantinos Papanikolaou

Konstantinos Papanikolaou, Founder & Chief Executive Office

Holds a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Patras and an MBA from the University of Piraeus. He is registered in the Technical Chamber of Greece (2002)

With over twenty-five years of experience in construction industry and project management, covering all stages from design and permitting to construction and handover, with a track record of delivering high-profile building developments, including five-star hotels, commercial buildings and large-scale logistics centers in Greece and abroad

He is the Founder and CEO of Blackhawk S.A., a Project Management and Real Estate Development company headquartered in Athens, Greece, with operations in both Greece and Serbia.

Aimilios Stasinakis, BoD Vice President

A senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, corporate advisory and public-sector investments. He has held several high-level positions throughout his career, including Head of Visa for Greece, Cyprus, Malta and Israel, Deputy CEO and General Manager of Investment Banking at Investment Bank of Greece, as well as Secretary for Public Entities and Enterprises at the Greek Ministry of Economy and Finance. He has also been involved in major financial and infrastructure transactions across Greece and Southeast Europe and has served on the Boards of several major organizations, including OPAP, Egnatia Odos, LARCO and ETVA-VIPE. In addition to his extensive professional experience, he has pursued executive education at leading international institutions, including MIT (2024–2025), the University of Oxford – Saïd Business School, the London School of Economics, and Warwick Business School. He currently serves as Managing Partner at VECA Advisors and as an Independent Non-Executive Member of CrediaBank.

Nikos Paschos, BoD Member

A senior finance executive with more than 20 years of experience in senior financial management positions across Greece and Southeast Europe. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, business transformation and the organized retail sector, working in demanding and highly competitive business environments. His experience includes leading financial functions and supporting business growth through financial strategy, performance management and informed decision-making. In February 2026, he joined Pet City as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), taking responsibility for the oversight and strategic direction of the company’s financial operations and supporting its broader growth strategy. His professional profile combines strong financial expertise with strategic leadership and extensive experience in the retail industry.
